Hi - I'd like to upgrade the old RP23 I have on my ASR5 - it would be great to hear from any asr5 owners that have done it as I know it required a bit more than just throwing a replacement on it and expecting it to work...
I'm thinking a DBinline or Monarch (rc3?) would generally help me to feel more confident at speed over techy stuff where I sometimes feel the shock is getting a bit overwhelmed. It may just be me that is getting overwhelmed tbh. Would those be good choices/work with my frame?

I put a Monarch XX on mine with no problems at all...massive improvement over the RP23 that it replaced.

Nope - off the shelf jobbie (from the guys at www.thecyclesite.com). Just measured the eye to eye distance and width of the eyelets...
