Flicking through some older editions of the mag I noticed that for simply ages Sideways Cycles was lauded as being a wonderful purveyor of shiny things and all round two wheel goodness. One of my more publicly acceptable fantasies involved visiting Alsager's finest with a bag of someone else's money for a custom build.
But of late, no ads in the mag and no plaudits in the favourite shop category in the Singletrack awards.
Has something awful happened?
We should be told.

I recently set eyes on a machine put together by aforementioned purveyor and I was green with envy. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever if I had the spare readies to do the same (again).
