If so, how have you fitted the sensor and magnet ?

It seems an awful ong way away from the magent when you hold the sensor to the fork leg.

Instructions say 5mm but mine seems way more than that.

Any tips would be handy, photos would be even more welcome.

Thank in advance

Easy! Just position the sensor on the inside of the fork leg to get it as close to the spokes as you can and place the magnet at the correct height.

'Strada' wireless works perfectly for me, usually with the magnet anywhere within 3" of the rim. Sensor mounts on inner most point of the LH fork leg and points directly towards the RH leg.

I did once get very frustrated trying to get it to work in the living room before realising the low voltage downlighters were playing havoc with the transmitter. I nearly binned it!

I mount the sensor around the power bulge on the forks and align the magnet never had a problem.

Thanks Folks....

No, not a trick question !

like a muppet I was trying to mount the sensor on either the front or the back of the fork leg then pivot it around to get it close enough to the magnet.

Never thought of actually mounting it on the inside of the fork leg.

Oh well, sometimes the most obvious things are the most difficult to see.
