Hi thv3 Did you have a chance to weigh it?

Do you think its any good for intense Single track and jumps? Whats your review on it!

sorry about the wait... (geddit?)

my large non-carbon deviant weighs 1140grams.

my non-carbon troy lee D2 weighs 1210grams.

so, it's not much lighter than a 'normal' full-face helmet, but the ventilation is much, much, much, better.

i bought it for Dh stuff in hot weather, and jolly good it is too.

singletrack and jumps? - yeah, why not. i wouldn't want to ride up in any hills in it though. The ventilation is very good for a full-face-skid-lid, but it's still a f-f-s-l.

Cheers ahwiles

Yep go for that then
Trouble is I do a whole mix bag in most days and just ride harder and fast has i can
so plenty of root section's and drops etc and includes jumps.

So thought this was the way to go. A vented helmet with more protection.
I have The One but cant ride all day in that.

Cheers 😉
