Ok, so after 2 weeks of trying every single way of mounting the tyre to the rim it just will not stay on the rim when I let the pressure down to around 10 psi ๐
As soon as you try and ride on the tarmac or a flat surface it's like being a bucking bronco!
I finally admitted defeat last week and as I was going to Paris with the wife and would'nt be riding it anyway I rang on one and they have taken them back for extensive testing.
Just wondered if anyone else is still having issues? the reason I ask is when I rang them they said they have had quite a few annoyed people ring up about the same problem.
Anyway they have had them 4 days now so i will ring today and update this post ๐
Sure it's not the tyres? Have read about several people having issues seating the Floater tyres.
10psi is quite low for trail type riding, I can't get away with pressures that low on my Puffin with Nates and Marge Lites.
letmetalktomark- Hi mate, to be honest I have tried running them much higher but the same issue arises.
The tyre jumps around on the rim even inflated to high pressure and wobbles sideways!
I'm hoping it's just faulty tyres, but to have 2 tyres do the same thing on brand new rims is just crazy.
