have you thought about Aspire? it is a while since i dealt with them but prices were better than in the UK and they seemed happy to ship from the States?

From chatting to pals about recent orders, Aspire parcels are no longer marked cheaper to get round customs charges - with duty, their pricing isn't much cheaper on many parts
