Ordered a crankset from them over 2 weeks ago now. Payment has been taken, but now complete radio silence. No answer via email and no answer to phone (or returned answerphone message). Have emailed Spawn in Canada who have replied to say that they will try to find out what is happening, but then no further answer.
Really not very happy with complete lack of communication. Have ordered and received a bucket load of parts to fit around this cranket for my son's x'mas pressie (an Orbea MX20 Team disc with upgraded Zee 10-speed group and narrow-wide chainring).
If anyone knows anything, do let me know.
