All I hear are bad things but is this the majority or minority? Just want to know if its worth taking the risk.

Just got mine back from windwave with a new ata cart under warranty. they feel a lot better now.
they are a good fork.. but take some time to set up...

ask if they have had any warranty work done / serviced... a lot of the problems are sorted out with a good service and a proper setup.

mate of mine has a set of 09s and hasn't had any problems - and he rides hard
