As above really, need a purge of grease and know that neither 18 or JE James have the tool yet, does anyone have it or know of a shop that does?

Try the distributors web store - Bromley Bikes.
Alternatively you can remove it and flush the bearings out as you would any other King bearing and re-lube that way. I did this the other day as I haven't got around to picking up a grease gun to fit yet.
