Got some new bearings from KaTec (very good service). Now I'm stumped as to how to get the old ones out. Had a serch around, but can't find anything definitive. Anyone got paperwork from SS?

Sorry for hijack! Where it says tool inserts here, what tool is it referring to? I'm having trouble removing the "seals" under the adaptor caps..

Sam2391 - I ended up just taking the wheel into my LBS, I didn't feel confident changing the bearings myself, I could see things going horribly wrong and the whole thing becoming an expensive mess.

I did do a bit of research though, it seems that unless you're able to manually pull the bearings out with your fingers, or drift the bearings out using a screwdriver (by tapping gently around the edges so that it slowly comes out - the only other option would be to use a specific bearing drifting tool. I found a youtube video shows the different methods.
