Pop the bearings out, measure them/read the number off the seals & talk to your local bearing supplier/internet. Easy.

tbh with on-one and a few others doing them cheap you might find it cheaper and easier just to buy a new headset for the bearings than buy official race face bearings on their own.
This was true with my Cane Creek S8 and Merlins prices.
