I'm considering doing this in my business, since it's just me who'll want a bike.
My accountant does payroll and will help, but has no direct experience of running the scheme.
I'd be keen to hear from anybody who's done the same in a small business. How straightforward was it? Were you able to just buy the bike and get the accountant to write it off against gross salary? Any negative experiences?

I've bought bikes and got my accountant to make a salary sacrifice through the payrol that they run, with no problems. Speak to your accountant they should be able to sort it out easily.
I do you forms to keep it above board, just in case any questions asked from our head office in Germany.
