Had mine for about 2 years now and it's been faultless until now. It's just developed about 10-15mm of squidge at full extension. Anywhere else in the travel it is 100% solid. I changed the oil and no change so did a full strip down and rebuild but still the same. Anybody got any ideas what the problem could be?

Bumping this as I've got exactly the same problem!
Have done an oil change, followed the guidelines on re-pressurising it to the letter.
Rock solid apart from at full extension.
It's only on the hardtail but have gone back to a normal post temporarily until I sort it but missing the dropper post!
I found it takes a fuse few goes to get it full to the neck.
How much of a full strip down did you do? Did you take apart the damper unit itself? Totally straightforward, undo with a 14mm spanner it think, then there's two orings at the top of that where te activator lever presses. Mines leaking from there a touch.
