I'm after a reasonably modern reasonably aggressive trail frame on the cheap.
450ish+ reach, 66-68 or hta and 74/75 sta.
I can see the Brand-X hardtail frame looks a bargain, but 27.5....my wheels are 29
The planet X jack flash looks great but i've been waiting and waiting for it to be the "real" price but they have never dropped it yet. I refuse to pay full price for a planet-x....
Anything else out there? Ideally QR but can convert wheels to thru.
I assume the Octane Prone 29 has the wrong dropouts?

The other reason I want qr is I have a followme kids tandem. You can get a boost axle adapter for that but it's £50
Vitus nucleus 29 frame would work...if I can find one. Full bikes are in stock again at £599 hmmm
I want to know what happened to all the cheap inbreds. 29er would be perfect frame for my ebike commuter when the rig frame eventually fails
