I got one of these to fit to my rp23 and its the large one which i got off through the wanted section. After speaking with Loco he recommended me fitting a medium spacer so i intend milling it down to suit. So the big question is what it the thickness of the medium spacer so i know what to aim for?

I make it 28mm in diameter and 9mm height.
Why not try milling some then re-fitting and testing instead of milling straight down to medium spacer size?

I'd try it as it is first before even taking any off, you might decide you like it that way.
