Just thought I'd pass on some info, I've always hated the way my Float RP23
has performed on my Orange 5 I'm 90Kg rider , blows travel in the mid stroke , set the sag correctly and a soon as you start moving it just dropped though the mid travel, so I some how buggered it up at Cannock, started sticking and squelching (must have been all the braking into the berms 😀 ) so I sent it to Mojo told them of my problem via my local bike shop OPA , and they re-tuned , shimmed etc the shock, it has now transformed the ride, feels almost like the Van R I have been running, but climbs better and of course is quite a lot lighter, the set up works very well, so if you are having problems, they can sort it nicely, thanks Mojo dudes. 😀

+1 with a squelchy soundtrack.

This was also the case with a Blood I had on trial. Like the OP I sent it back to Mojo and though it was a whole load better it was still crap. Whilst it was away I stuck a Monarch 3.3 on it to keep me riding and it was a far better shock - really livened the bike up so it felt more like my older 5. I'm convinced that the high volume air can doesn't suit this bike.
