I've just ordered a 2010 Charge Plug Road Bike from Wiggle (for £200 less than Evans and my LBS!!) .
...And would like to know if there is a cog set on each side of the flip-flop hub, one being fixed the other ratcheted? Or is it fitted with one cog that can be fitted to either side of the hub and if so what tools are required to make the switch?

it has a fixed cog one side and a freewheel the other.
turn the wheel over for man side (fixed)or girl side (freewheel) 😉

Both are included if that's what you're asking - free one side, fixed t'other as thom said.
At least they did a couple of years back...
