Our club is after a few cheap bike lights to see us through relentless as a lot of members don't have any.
Are these OK as a "get by" light. I find 200 lumens enough from my L&Ms but they're a genuine 200 lumens which I doubt these are. They also look bulky to mount, but will they be OK? It's to loan out to members on a temporary basis til they get their own lights.
I have two of the SAIC ones which look pretty much indentical on my hat and they work fine. Quite a narrow beam but otherwise OK.

these work well as a headlight.
Gamo- how long do they take to arrive? Our term has just started so we've only just arranged this and Relentless is a week on Saturday.
If you can stretch to P7 led torches they will be much better.
Those will IMO be only just enough and not really enough if riding with others with more modern lights.
Ordered 2 last year and had them in a week, at the same time people were waiting ages for dx bastid's so assume that if they have stock they go out quickly!
Actually agree with tj they are perfect as a headlight but quite a focused beam for bar mounting(as abright as a maxx2 joystick).Used mine on the helmet at Relentless last year whithout issue.
They'd be helmet mounted.
Is there something similar, of higher output, that'd be here in time?
lower output but
