I guess I spend about the same per wheel for tubeless with rim strips but this does seem an awful lot of money.

I'd be nervous about putting the plebian air around here in one of those - I'd want to go somewhere posh to inflate them.

30% lighter, than what?

Latex tubes? ~50g
Conti supersonics? ~55g
Michelin ultralight? 75g?
Normal tubes? 100-120g?

A 35g self sealing innertube would be interesting. Every other permutation less so.

Blue valve stems though, my road bike has blue bits on the frame. Mmmm I'll wait for the full review but if they're any good I'm in. Have to go some way to beat the ride feel of Michelin latex tubes though.

How much of a cock would you feel repairing one at the side of a trail tho. 😕

Who repairs tubes trail side?

Only downside could be (like tubeless) when it fails it'd be a PITA removing all those thorns before a normal tube will work.

If it worked like advertised then £20 isn't so bad.

Why would I repair it at the side of the trail? Just stick a new tube in and repair at home. Thats how I roll. Fixing a tube when its cold/wet/dark isn't the way to go.

Stick another one in? and when that one gets a puncture?

Not sure I will be spending £60 on tubes! If I did, I'd want a lot more than 3... But if they work well, they won't, I could be tempted to buy one as a spare to carry around, if they do them with red bits, I'll buy 3! 😉

Umm you could carry 'normal' tubes as spares.

Imported by the same people who distribute KASK, which we now stock.

I'll ask the rep for a demo if I can... See if they match up to the hype!
