😥 on the road too, chain came off during a road decent, lockrd rear wheel, otb, fell onto my left side. 3 hrs in AandE ( not bad really) nowt broke just took loads of skin off left knee, elbow and thigh. Elbow and shoulder very sore. Gloves, altura attack jersey and shorts wrote off, snapped brake lever..... First off i have had for a while, very sore today.

Ouch, sounds like it could of been worse. Probably going to be more painful when you see how much STI/Ergo levers are 😉
convert to 1 x 10 ? & get some funky bar tape 😉

Nasty, but sounds like you got away with it. I've never had a bad road crash (not counting the two times I was taken out by car drivers), and I'm really not looking forward to it when the inevitable happens.

Plenty of sympathy from me matey... I took a otb to the chin at the BMX track last night. Feeling like I've been punched in the face and missing skin from fingers, palms, knees, forearms, shoulders and I broke my sunglasses.
Not a great day.
