Last night I tried a bike with 120mm REBAs on and was very impressed, seem well up to the job for general trail riding and small drops. Just wondered how much of a thrashing people are putting them through quite happily.
Any comments good and bad appreciated.
They've made me seriously consider dropping travel from 140mm.
I rode mine (29er, 20mm bolt thru) in Luchon with AQR.
Not exactly super gnarly ^sick riding by me, but they're tough enough and they can take quite a bit of clumsy mashing.
I've had my 08 Rebas for almost a yr and they've survived several trail centres, a week of falling off and thudding over rocks in Spain, all other general riding requirements and still feel great.
Mine are 85-115mm.
