Emily Batty is back for season two of Ambitions. The latest episode, the third in the series shows just how important it is to have the right people around you. From training to spending time with the team, Emily takes us through some of the things that go on behind the scenes. She spends time doing some trail building, riding with Laurie and having a dip in an ice bath.
