Dorval AM Team announces 2020 sponsors

by 0

Just when you thought DH Team news was coming to an end, Dorval shows up with a host of new sponsors.

The Dorval AM Racing DH Team has announced it’s full roster of team sponsors for the 2020 season, reminding us that the world of UCI Downhill Racing is less than a month away!

2020 is the second season that the Dorval AM Team has qualified as an Elite race team, a hardly surprising fact when you look at the talented athletes that represent Dorval.

Baptiste Pierron (yes, brother of Amaury), Benoît Coulanges, Camille Balanche, Mariana Salazar and Monika Hrastnik have all proven that they’re more than up to the challenge of UCI DH WC Racing and we’re keeping a close eye on these young guns over the course of the season.

The 5 riders will once again race on the domineering Commencal Supreme downhill bike, making it the 3rd team by our count on the high pivot race winner.

The rest of the team’s sponsors include another Andorran brand, Únic, who will be dressing the entire team in custom designed and made race gear. Fox is on board for suspension, while Shimano, Crankbrothers, Schwalbe, Fabric, Cush Core, Squirt and Renthal make up the rest of the component sponsors.

Keeping riders safe is the job of Troy Lee Designs, probably with the D4 helmet and 100%.

The first round of the DH World Cup will kick off in Lousā, Portugal from 21-22nd March!
