Midweek Mini Movies

by 11

Welcome to the middle of the week – as usual we’ve got a selection of cracking riding vids and some weird stuff up in the mix too.

It’s been a bit of a week for big wheels, with the new Santa Cruz Highball 29er, the Lapierre Pro Race 929 and Merida’s carbon big wheeler. Ever wondered if you can get properly rad on one though? This edit aims to answer that with Andrew Sherry from Oak Bay Bikes pinning it on a modified Specialized Stumpjumper FSR 29er…

Here’s a bit of nicely shot dirt jumping action with the Chromag family gathering.

What is it with female specific biking stuff being pink? Female downhiller Traharn Chidley is smashing her way through the cliches to show how it’s done. It’s another class edit from Liam at Skyline Cycles – and it’s shot on the trails at Eastridge where the upcoming 661 Gravity Enduro will be held…

Sim and Jon headed over to ride the trails of Sicily with Tri-ride for a feature back in Issue 62 where they ate and rode their way round the island. Here’s Jérôme Clementz and Pauline Dieffenthaler ragging the trails silly…

Here’s the men of the Merida Multivan Team riding at last year’s Dalby XC World Cup. We’re heading up these soon to do our £1k-ish full sus bike test for Issue 65…

Right, bring out the freaks. Here’s someone that’s spent a lot of time and effort making a pedal powered Porsche GT3. Much as we like bikes, given the choice we’d probably get the earth killing petrol one.

Seeing as Matt is away enjoying himself at the moment we’re going to post this skateboarding video that would make him sad. It’s dogboarding!

It’s Freddie the Fox from Digmore trails eating a mince pie! Aww!
