Defo not me (to the power of sick)

I really really want to be quick....
Unless anything has changed, the top of the Sport and 'Fun' class are a bunch of pot hunters and should move up to the next cat.
I'd tend to agree with that. When I was 19 or so I'd enter Sport and come 1/3 of the way down the field on the back of just a bit of weekend riding. Now I've done shedloads of training, am infinitely fitter than I was in every way and guess what, I still come 1/3 down the field in sport...

i can cum in about 5 seconds of riding
my missus diont know whats hit her

its not as easy as try sport, then move up.
its only the top 15 in the british sport ranking (overall) at the end of the season that move up.

Get yer finger out olly and win us some trophies so we can bask in the radience of your brilliance

or exceptional circumstances ... i just emailed roger told him i missed the scottish champs (had i done them and got my usual placing of between 3rd and 5th id have been in the cut) but i did mayhem and got 11th in solo instead. so he moved me up

I bet I've been faster both on and off road than most of you. High fifties mph on road on the tandem and pushing fifty mph offroad.

Been quicker than that on road, certainly not off road though!
Blazing-saddles, if you're a Mr Collins (which a brief bit of stalking suggests!), I hope my comments didn't offend, you certainly make me look silly, my quickest lap at Crowthorne was still 40 seconds off your slowest!

i've been 86.5 km/h offroad (54mph)
and about the same on road.

Poland? I really wish I had a speedometer on for that race.

yup poland,
remember that fireroad with speed bumps on it, and a 90 degree right hand turn at the bottom

Hmm, I reckon that kind of result would be easier than a series win in sport!

so ? nothing stipulated i had to win the series to move up .... i only needed to finish above 5th at scottish champs.
dont know where every one gets that endurance and sport are "so" seperate .... if you dont have speed your going no where in endurance.... most of the top endurance guys have a pedigree in real xc racing before they go down the endurance route .

I can bust a move with the best of 'em...

Since XC courses became so tame I havn't bothered.
Isn't the Megavalanche supposed to be a 'Mountainbike' Race for all skills? Maybe that should be the datum.

flame job have a look to the trans-provence. Or the Transvésubienne.

only 2 times ive seen matt page race XC was single speeds, GB beat him at SSUK, and Jon from JRA and gareth montgomerie beat him at SSWC ( think he was 3rd fastest brit around 20th) but he keeps that fast pace allllll day long, so fastest allrounder is Matt Page.
