    at 30 bpm I had to have pace maker fitted as I kept greying out when I was resting- steady 45 now thanks to technology 🙂

    42 is the lowest resting I’ve seen and peaked at 190 on a racing bike on a track with power gibbons (should say gubbins but it’s a nice auto-correct fail) attached. However I’m not very fast!

    Late 50s early 60s.

    Mrs Oldgit has a resting rate in the low 40s but she has been unwell since she was a teenager.
