Some watercress or a tomato straight out of the greenhouse, thickly sliced and sprinkled with a little crunchy sea salt.

E64, nowt better than a rare steak with "proper chips" but I say it has to be with onion rings.mushrooms and grilled tomato, washed down with a pint of White Hot from The Consett Ale Company. My mate doesn't agree and would prefer fried onions and he says most other folk would too.
