I’m thinking of upgrading the fork on my Santa Cruz Superlight (’04), at the moment it has a RS Tora 318 100mm which came off my rockhopper. I think the frame was designed to run with a 100mm fork, but i see no reason why it can’t run a bit bigger for the bumpy stuff.

I might need something like U-Turn for the ups as i already have issues keeping the front wheel on the ground, whadya think?

I’ve got an 03 (or is it 04???) Marathon I used on mine, or a practically as new (honest) Reba Race 07 with disc and v mounts both around 100mm if you’re interested. Both suited the SL well. Mail is andybu@gmail.com for further info!

RS Reba Team U-Turn? 90 – 120mm sounds like a good option, and much lighter than the Tora.

There are so many different options for the RS forks, how do you find a shop that has the correct thing in stock?

I get the feeling a Reba might not be very cheap, any other options? any non-RS options worth considering?
