I brought a big boy bottle of this:

back from the states with me to save to drink when we moved into our new house. Well tonight is the night I get to taste this beaut and I am looking forward to it.

Now the question is what do I cook up to eat with it this evening? Looking for something exciting to christen the first proper evening of eating and drinking in our new kitchen!

Its not our first night, we did have a chippy tea the day we got the keys!

Well CFH I was pondering if I would want to just enjoy it on its own but I want to cook up something to have after that will go nicely.

Liking the Nachos idea however we did have Enchiladas for dinner last night (and leftovers for lunch now)

Curry? Will wreck it – cheap lager for curry, practically frozen.

OP I’d just drink it with some snacks, you’ll appreciate it more.

As CFH says keep it liquid, if you’re not wanting more Mexican. This is a fine compliment to your beverage

I can confirm that Waitrose Otley does indeed have Sierra Nevada Torpedo, in small (350ml) bottles.

and Thornbridge Jaipur, Kipling and another one
    and some interesting lagers too.

mind you, they now have a few less 😉
