    I just want to highlight some first class customer service.
    It doesn’t happen enough in this country, so when it does….
    I had an issue getting viewranger maps from one iPhone to a new iPhone.
    Called viewranger and Mike answered at 6.35 pm ish just on his way out.
    He returned to the office and sorted it all out perfectly straight away.
    First class, for a change.

    Funnily enough, I had a similar issue putting my Viewranger maps on my new iPad. I set up using my iPhone backup, but the maps weren’t authorised for the new device. I had an email back giving me full instructions on how to do it next day, as I said I would be out all evening.
    Viewranger’s customer service is first class.

    I had great help when I was modifying Mobac to create Viewranger caches. Not only instant replies to emails at 10pm but also the technical details I needed to create the right cache structure – the sort of thing most companies would be needlessly precious over. If only everyone could be half as helpful.

    I’ve had almost immediate email response out of normal working hours with answers to questions and changes in license keys, massive thumbs up from me too.
