ill start off with the shard I know its not finished but it annoys me on my morning commute
the gherkin was just about acceptable but this is just wrong imho

Beetham Tower in Manchester. Looks like it's been coloured in by a 2 year old with ADHD, they obviously discovered they had more Lego than first thought when halfway through building the model, and put that bloody stupid step in, then added a WWII radar array on top for good measure. The shittest, (I hope the sweary filter gets that, or I'm for a banning) architecture in the whole of the country.
