No real point to this post other than to give a shout out to alpkit for their great customer service.
I had a problem (not their fault -manufacturing defect) with one of the many great products I've had off them and gave them a call and spoke to a really friendly and helpful lady who asked me to send a 'photo showing what was up. Within minutes another employee of theirs sent me back an e-mail with a free-post address to return it to, apologies for any inconvenience and offering a refund or exchange.
Good to see such friendly and effecient service, sadly all too often not the case these days. I recommend alpkit to anyone who's thinking of buying from them.
