   I really don't get why they phased it out. The replacement AM45 is a nice looking shoe, but the old 66 was better looking. Why on earth did they get rid of the original 66 Shimano DX shoe?

   Anyone own the old 66 and the newer AM45? Are they the same sizing wise? I take a 12 (47) in the DX.. is that the same as a 47 in the AM45?

   Ubiquity, change, something better? I really don't know, however it's the only spd I've ever had, two pairs of the grey original (first one is tattered but still in use, I did LeJoG in the other) and one pair of the white ones, I am liking the AM45, that'll be next some point in the future.
