I'm could do with a bit of help setting up the suspension.

Got air 07 Pikes (454's) just about got the basic pressures but how best to set up the compression and that. I don't know. What are people using pressure wise anyways? I'm ~14 stone and running 125/125.

Also got an RP23 and its bucking a bit at the moment. Suspect that rebound too hard. Don't even know how to adjust, duh! Think I got the sag right though. 🙂
