They’ve never set a foot wrong with me. Always delivered on time – with an easy no hassle returns policy.

Delivery has always been good for me but also on two ocassions I have asked for advice and the reply’s have been above and beyond.

They’ve always been fantatsic with me (even when my Marzocchi AM1’s internals dissolved after a month).

I’ve had great service from them too recently.
I’ve been very impressed given the size / scale of operation there.

my recent order has never appeared to be fair think it’s a prob this end with postie and they refunded the order so they’re doing well in my opinion (and no prev problems)

This has just reminded me of an order i have to chase up!
Apart from that one, which is minor they’ve always been excellent and helpful.
I built a new bike up before Christmas and had to phone for a couple of queries.
They were always prompt and helpful.
I can’t fault them.
