Temporary alternatives to copter tape

Will electrical tape do the job for a day or two? Or will my carbon frame shatter into pieces?

What bits are you trying to protect? I always find zip-tied inner tube to be the best temporary protection.

Missed my point, I've got copter tape, but its not available to me for a few days, and need to protect the frame in that time. Only have electrical tape.

Try bikesheild, it's a much better solution than copter tape. Last loads longer too.
