Any players on here?

I know it’s not supposed to be about the points, but i was quite chuffed to score 26 with the Medic, the other day!

Used to play QWTF for what it’s worth 🙂

Ever since warcraft got crap, i’ve put some serious hours into TF2.
It’s the pointlessness that makes it.

Used to be really into TFC (whored for a prem clan back in t’day). Not fired up steam in about 2 years now 🙁

I crafted a Familiar Fez yesterday, I just need to learn some patience now :p

Used to play lots of QWTF too, now it’s mostly TF2 at lunchtimes at work (when it’s not football).

The QWTF community was quite small, so we probably know each other, Tenuous.

(I used to go by the name of K3) formally of clan [TF] and [LAW]

Qwtf rocked. Pekker i was called. Clan called ad112, just local lan guys. Those were the days! Played a lot with dbd people and sof and clan lovely, whom i played with in q3f with the nick snafu. So many hours!!

I used to play as Nightwing, usually a sniper. Didn’t play in a clan for TF though.

I racked up so many hours as a Sniper, that i had to force myself to use some other classes! Sniper is still my best class, though.

If there is a good Sniper on the other team, i quite often get drawn into informal duels – and ignore the objective and team in the process!

Love it to the extent that may have to delete it. 39 as a medic my best, but it was gained helping spawn camp on dustbowl!

Anyone looking for a strange quick fix? 😉

Not played it in months, it’s pretty good though and yes I’m from QWTF days too and TFC.

Think I used El Diablo mostly back then as my alias can’t remember the clan I was in it was a small one. South Park [SP] where the biggest clan back then from what I remember, I can recall [TF] and [LAW] though.

39 is a good score! Albeit whilst cheating 😉
I’ve been trying to use the Pyro, but i’m utterly useless. I can’t get more than about 8 points. 51 is my all-time best, as a Sniper! ***correction; 58 points, in 41 kills and 32 headshots! It’s not camping, it’s sniping!***

And i don’t use the quick-fix… The standard medi-gun is a much better choice, as far as i’m concerned. But i’ll have it, if it’s free!

Yep… got so many hours in its scary. HLDM player originally and played HL2DM for years and years in clan base and ESL.

Never clanned up in TF2 though… plus I only really play payload maps.

[SG] (Spice Girls) and [EQ] (EarthQuakers) were the two big hitters in my day, I think a few of them went off to become Splash Damage who work with iD Software and John Carmack on various projects.

I snatched a quick round of CP_Well on my lunch break; i saw an Engineer set up a dispenser/tele exit/sentry underwater! He could stay there as long as he liked, as the dispenser kept his health up…

I’ve never seen that done before! and the opposing team had no idea where we kept spawning from!

Agreed, and I wish it were a type of gameplay used in other games as well. For example in MW3 escorting a convoy through a set of streets.

For me, TF2, I’m most often a heavy, then sniper, then demo. Need to find the singletrack clan!

As for spies, they infuriate me ! hate em. sneaky b’s

To add to my sadness, no.

I play sniper, pyro, medic and engie most, with a little bit of spying thrown in for good measure.

Should i put something after my name to idetify my STWishness?

Play it now an again, most my gaming time is taken up by Counter Strike and BF3 though
