    Just to say how good they can be…

    I crashed at Cwmcarn a couple of weeks ago and made a complete mess of my Deviant full-face – big crack in the shell, cracks in the polystyrene etc. I emailed Specialized about a crash replacement, and got prices for the standard or carbon models, and finally sent the remains off with a cheque on Tuesday.

    The new one has just arrived on my desk.

    It's also not the first time I've had this level of service – every time I've had either a crash replacement or a warranty issue with their kit, I've had the same response, so I thought it was probably time I said something!
