    5 months old, 200mm i-ti-i x 50mm stroke length.

Bought on a bike and I'm looking at replacing it with a funcy coil job.

    How much is it worth?

    TIA

Metal heart if its in good nick and defo 200x50mm then i'd be interested. Also i spoke to Mojo on mon and they have an 05 DHX 4 in for £100 so it won't cost you a penny.

    My emails in my profile.

mikertroib, the only ones at £150 on CRC are the high volume units.

The cheapest I could find a 200x50mm regular RP23 was German ebay.

Brand new for £180 ish, and I now have one of them on my bike 🙂

Its still on a Chumba VF2.

Its pretty much mint, I'm having rebound issues. Not been PUSHed no (but it remains a possibility).

I was hoping to get enough to stump up for a CCDB (I have the opportunity of getting one at pretty much cost price) but its looking unlikely at present…

My heart kinda sank when I saw Merlin were only asking £175 for new…

Erm, high volume and regular – what's the difference?

I'm guessing one holds more air, but any difference in performance, or something else?

Why you would you not want a high volume version?

High volume ones are most versatile as you can put a packer/shim into the air can to tune the volume. Some say on certain bikes, lower volume reduces tendency to blow through travel. Instructions and opinions on this on mtbr forums, esp Turner. If you can get them for £150, it would be daft to pay much over £100 for a new one, no matter how good. If I was selling yours, I'd sit on it for a few weeks until the CRC ones are sold out, then try at around £140ish. They are a good shock, but are on loads of bikes at the mo, so plenty around.
