Similar to updog but more child-friendly and universally applicable. Updoc was made popular particularly in the 1940s-60s through its endorsement by Warner Brothers.

all climbs and descents are walkable!
that's ok then I'll bring my walking boots and some nice red socks and a bobble hat as I'm a total mincer on hills. It'll be nice to push the singlespeed around a different part of the country.
You'll find out in a few weeks Clubber, they'll be prizes for people that find some
It's ok, I found some last night. Must have picked it up in Afan yesterday.

Ayatollahofniche....
Sorry if this has been covered but how long is the course and how many laps are we expected to do?
Its a single speed event so I would surmise:
1.long enough to make sure that the start and the finish meet up (small loop round a beer tent then)
2. until you get dizzy from either going round too fast or a beer overdose
It will be a number of miles with a few hundred meters of climbing. Number of laps tbd but take enough drink, food water to last until 15:00 and a bivi bag will come in handy when you get lost.
There really is more ascent than descent on the course, just to make it a bit more interesting like
Conditions under tyre are dry, very dry... except for the muddy bits, that is

I found the climbing easy while being towed by your Landy.
It'll take more than a Landy to tow you up the course!
It did appear to make the climbs more manageable, but it's a good job there are no left hand bends on the course...
