    Has anyone got any advice on these ,had a brief go on a trike one last week ,impressed,has good fun potential ?

    We have a couple of recumbent road trikes – a Windcheetah and a Pashley PDQ3. They are brilliant fun, especially with a kiddy seat on the back

    However, I wouldn’t like an off-road trike, it would be horribly unstable

    A recumbent bike might be interesting though, and you wouldn’t have so far to fall . . .
