Not off the roll but I use discobrakes.com pre-cut braided hose - pretty cheap and comes with banjo fitting on one end - not sure what the other fitting is but I cut it off and use my existing Fibrax connectors (Hope Monos).

crc have some hydraulic hose by the meter think it may have been jagwire or fibrax?? cant remember, used it on a mates jump bike,
ive got the disco brakes hoses on mine and are fine, seem good qualityand think they were a direct fit on my M4's??correction, the crc one is Clarks! sorry
