Ordered a frame, headset & seatpost at 11am on Friday and all items were in stock. The website says most orders are same day despatched by 3pm if ordered before then or next working day if after 3pm, however my order status says "ORDERS - MANUAL HOLD".
Are they generally good with getting orders out on time and it's just their despatch notification that's poor, or are they generally slow?
