She is a hoarder.
Not as bad as this guy, but she might get there one day!
She finds it very hard to throw anything away and her house is so full of stuff.Oh and her garden is like that too. It's so overgrown that on google earth you can spot it on the street right away

i can understand people who accumulate useful (used occasionally) stuff during their lifetime but stacks of empty food containers, 35 years worth of newspapers?
