I was, but lost interest around August. Keep meaning to revisit it, as I think they have implemented more cardio activities to log.

๐Ÿ˜€ I've found it's somewhat conservative on points for turbo training. 40 minutes at 160bpm is worth less than half as much as 20 mins of jogging by the looks of it.

I'm JamesBuckle on it if you're in the mood for more competition (or a laugh at me).

You've got a new follower! I find the more info you add for cardio the more points you get. Use the advanced option for stationary biking to add your HR.

When I was on it, it was pretty basic with mostly resistance training exercises. I quit as I couldn't even log badminton at the time.

If there is HR stuff on there now, will defo have another look.

It has improved a lot for cardio. Many more achievements too.

pointastic!

it helps even out the big points you get for a few heavy lifts

Right, following both of you now. I may or may not actually log something. Won't be till next week as laid low with lergy at the moment.

Looking at my last logged event, it seems it was June I got bored and left ๐Ÿ˜€

Well, first logged activity in 7 months. Gutted I left, as I reckon I would have a million points by now ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ok I'm in, thanks to whoever the invite was from as for some reason the email doesn't say, all it says is...

'. is looking for more people to join him on Fitocracy...'

So whoever it was, cheers and who are you? I can follow you and see what I've got myself in for!

My user is RDL-82 if anyone wants to follow, however don't expect much this month as I'm on pain of serious sulking if I don't make the house liveable again!

Edit: I'm assuming the invite was from Coffeking as it seems I'm already following him/you.
