my gf made a salad the other day comprising quinoa, asparagus, cannelini beans, fresh basil, grapeseed oil, red wine vinegar, blueberries and mango. it was awesome.

Sliced banana with apricot stilton, sometimes with a smear of butterscotch syrup to hold the banana in place.

The two quickies I like are a Rivita covered with peanut butter sandwiched between two slices of Marmite-covered crusty bread. The other is the same Rivita thing but replacing the Marmite with honey.
