I've had a 5800 since Feb and am very pleased with it performance and features wise.
Last night I noticed a thin black line all the way down the display. It looks about 1 pixel wide.
Anyone else had a similar problem and any ideas for fixing it?
I've tried turning it off/on, removing the battery etc but it's still there this morning.
My wife has a Nokia 5800. She's had intermittent problems with the screen when she switches the screen lock off. The screen appears filled with grey and black across the way. It clears if she locks and unlocks again so not the same problem as yours.
I would suggest just taking your phone back to the shop and getting it repaired.
