My M230s are finally getting ready for the bin. In their fairness, in the past 3yrs i've raced in them, trained, and commuted!
I'm now trying to find a new pair, I've seen sidi dragon 2s for reasonable prices, they seem to fit nicely but the insoles are rubbish.
Shimanos are cheaper even at full price, i'd wait to get a pair of 2011 M320 or M240. They're both carbon soled and custom fits like i've had previously.
Any other shoe suggestions? Need to be used both road and mtb at the moment.
I was thinking of getting some vans warners to commute in, are they flexy enough to walk in instead of normal shoes without destroying your back?
