It's been 5 years since I had some organic pads. I've always used sintered. I fancied a bit of extra bite so went for Organic this time. It was a reminder why I don't use them. In less than 35 dry minutes, one mild down hill with a couple of hard breaking points and the pads were gone. WTF is that all about?

what brand of brakes, what brand of pads, what was the bedding in procedure?

New G plus Goodridge pads in XTR 965 calipers with Hope 180 floating rotors. I've had Fibrax sintered in there for the last 2 years and they died at the weekend hence the new pads.
I was bedding them in, they wore out during the bedding in process.
