Despite growing up in Teignmouth I have to say that Muse bore me to tears.

They're undoubtedly very competent but have the feel of a band that think they're bigger and more significant than they really are. Neither interesting or inventive, just dull stadium rock. Having the Edge on stage just sums it up. U2, dear oh dear….

In my humble opinion the only modern bands worth watching are Doves and SFA but that's just for me.
